The Cause Closet (TCC) predominantly sells preloved, second-hand items including but not limited to clothing, shoes, & accessories that have been donated to TCC. By making a purchase from TCC, you are acknowledge acquiring previously used items that may exhibit signs of normal wear. TCC recommends laundering, dry cleaning, or disinfecting purchased items before use.
Given nature of secondhand goods (either new or used), these items could potentially contain allergens such as materials, detergents, perfumes, mold, pollen, pet dander, or similar substances that might trigger allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. TCC cannot ensure that items are free of allergens, bacteria, viruses or other elements that may provide safety risks.
The Cause Closet organization does not accept liability for any damages arising from the use of goods purchased from TCC, or any damages causes by the packaging and shipping materials provided by TCC.
